The Melbourne Free Tour is a three hour walking tour around one of the most culturally captivating cities in the world. Follow the story of Melbourne from European settlement right through to modern times and get an insiders guide to the laneways, arcades and street art scene!
The tour guides are committed to providing everyone with an incredible tour. Discover the stories that shaped Melbourne, the comtemporary culture and local hotspots.
They work on a tips only basis, so everyone can enjoy Melbourne as much as we do, whatever your budget.
Meeting Point: In front of the State Library, at the statue of Sir Redmond Barry. Just look out for the Bright Green Free Tour T-shirt. It runs three times weekly, rain, hail or shine. Bring sunscreen and hats for sunny summer days and umbrellas if it looks like rain.
